Essentra plc has received notification that Karen Lester, spouse of Paul Lester, Chairman and PDMR of Essentra plc, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at £2.935376 per share on 30 March 2021, and that Nicki Demby, Non-Executive Director and PDMR of Essentra plc, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at £2.91552 per share on 30 March 2021.
