Share Transaction

Filtrona plc announces that following the satisfaction of performance conditions for executive share option awards, a transfer of 101,739 shares was made to Russ Rogers under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan Part A on 09 August 2012.

Subsequent to such transfer, Russ Rogers sold 23,616 shares on 09 August 2012 at a price of £5.31 per share in order to settle the tax liability ('Tax') due on the transfer of the shares.  The balance of 78,123 shares was also sold at the same price.
