                           Director/PDMR Shareholding


The Company has been notified that on 26 February 2008, Mr David J Greer, the
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased a total of 80,000
ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares
') at a price of £1.50 each pursuant to the placing announced by the Company on
24 January 2008.  Mr Greer's holding in the Company now stands at 80,000
Ordinary Shares, representing in aggregate approximately 0.04 per cent of the
Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

The Company has also been notified that on 22 February 2008, Mr Francesco
Scolaro, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 620,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.50 each pursuant to the placing announced by
the Company on 24 January 2008.  Mr Scolaro's holding in the Company now stands
at (i) 753,879 Ordinary Shares and (ii) an interest in 1,448,067 Ordinary Shares
held through derivative or economic instruments, representing in aggregate
approximately 1.09 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
