GVC Holdings PLC (AIM:GVC), a leading online sports betting and gaming group has been informed that Lee Feldman, Non-Executive Chairman, today purchased 12,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £4.59 per share. Following this purchase, Mr Feldman now holds 135,075 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company, equal to approximately 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
