Changes to Board Committee Membership

London, 1 June 2026 - The Company announces that, in accordance with UKLR 6.4.6R, the following change has been made to the membership of, and roles on, its board committees.

With effect from 1 June 2026, Sayma Cox will succeed Martin Houston as Chair of the Environment, Safety & Social Responsibility Committee. Martin Houston will remain a member of the Committee.

Following the change described above, the membership of the Company's board committees will be as follows:
