Changes to the Boards of Directors of Elenia Oy, Elenia Holdings S.à r.l. and Elenia Investments S.à r.l.

Elenia Verkko Oyj €3,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme for the Issuance of Bonds, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Elenia Oy, Elenia Holdings S.à r.l  and Elenia Investments S.à r.l.

The compositions of the boards of directors of Elenia Oy, Elenia Holdings S.à r.l. and Elenia Investments S.à r.l have changed.

The composition of the board of directors of Elenia Oy has changed. Mark Braithwaite ceased to be a member of the board of directors of Elenia Oy effective as of 12 November 2025. Thomas Metzger has been appointed as a new member of the board of directors of Elenia Oy on 12 November 2025. Following the afore mentioned appointment Elenia Oy's board of directors consists of the following members:

Gabriele Duesberg ceased to be a member of the board of directors of Elenia Holdings S.à r.l. and Elenia Investments S.à r.l effective as of 12 November 2025. Thomas Metzger has been appointed as a new member of the board of directors of Elenia Holdings S.à r.l. on 12 November 2025. Following the afore mentioned appointment Elenia Holdings S.à r.l.'s board of directors consists of the following members:
