easyJet plc was notified by easyGroup Holdings Ltd, on 4 July 2014, of changes to the concert party shareholding of the Haji-Ioannou family, as follows:

This is to inform you that the concert party shareholding of the Haji-Ioannou family (representing Stelios, Polys and Clelia) has just crossed the integer of 35% on the way down to a new percentage shareholding of 34.62%.

The current Haji-Ioannou family shareholding now stands at 137,400,553 ordinary shares out of the total issued share capital as at 30 June 2014 of 396,833,645 ordinary shares.
