In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, easyJet announces that Stephen Hester, Non-Executive Chair of easyJet, has joined the Board of Directors of Nordea Bank Abp as Vice Chair with effect from 24 March 2022. Stephen will remain Vice Chair until 1 October 2022 when he succeeds Torbjörn Magnusson as Chair.
