Application for block listing

 

The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of a total of 260,000 ordinary shares of 1116/29 pence each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

 

These shares will be issued in connection with The Drax Group plc Deferred Share Plan and The Drax Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2020. The shares will be split 125,000 and 135,000 to the aforementioned share plans respectively. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.

 

Admission is expected to be effective on 18 November 2025.
