following transactions affecting notifiable interests held by the above Company;

     27.08.02        Sold                   50,000 Ordinary 5p shares 
     28.08.02        Sold                  250,000 Ordinary 5p shares

These transactions leave the Trust's holding at 1,243,393 Ordinary 5p shares, 
which according to our records, now represents a holding of 5.490 % of this 
class of capital.
