Digitalbox plc, the mobile-first digital media business, which owns leading websites Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash, The Poke, The Tab and TV Guide, posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) to shareholders on 1 June 2026 together with its Report and Financial Statements 2025 to those shareholders who requested a hard copy.

The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of SEC Newgate,14 Greville St, London EC1N 8SB on 30 June 2026 at 8:30 a.m.

Copies of all documents, including the Report and Financial Statements 2025, are available on the Company's website, www.digitalbox.com/investors.
