Derwent London plc (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that the Group's £175 million 6.5% secured bonds, issued by its wholly owned subsidiary London Merchant Securities Limited in 2001, have been redeemed in full at maturity on 16 March 2026.

The redemption was funded from existing liquidity resources. Following redemption, the Group's net debt position remains unchanged.
