Derwent appoints new non-executive director

Derwent London is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Fraser who will join the Board as an independent non-executive director on 1 September 2012. 

From 1997 until his retirement at the end of 2011, Simon worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he had been Managing Director and Co-Head of Corporate Broking since 2004.

There are no further details required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13 of the FSA Handbook.
