Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at 30 November 2015 the total number of ordinary shares of no par value in the Company was 361,774,417 each with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 361,774,417.
           
The above figure of 361,774,417 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
