Second Interim Dividend 2026 Declaration

The Board of the Company has declared its second interim dividend of 7.00 pence per share in respect of the year ending 30 June 2026 (2025: 1.26 pence per share).

Such dividend will be paid on Friday, 27 February 2026 to shareholders on the register on Friday, 6 February 2026. The associated ex-dividend date is Thursday, 5 February 2026.
