Directors' shareholding announcement

The Company announces that on 4 May 2012 Mr Adam Cooke purchased 6,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 246.5 pence per share, bringing his holding to 171,500 ordinary shares.

On the same date, Mr Cooke sold £10,000 nominal of the Company's 3.5 per cent. Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2018 ("CULS") at a price of 102p per holding. Mr Cooke's holding in the CULS is now nil.
