The Board of the Company announces that Christopher Casey, Chairman and non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of BlackRock Frontiers Investment Trust plc with effect from 1 October 2025.

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph UKLR 6.4.9R.

Christopher Casey retired from the Board of Mobius Investment Trust plc at the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting held on 15 May 2025.
