The Company received a notification on 15 July 2015 from State Street Global Advisors, stating that, as of 14 July 2015, it has an interest in 1,491,683  ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 in the Company, which represents 4.88% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 30,545,159 ordinary shares.
