CPL Resources plc, Ireland's leading employment services group, today (29 March,
2006) announced the acquisition of 100% of share capital of Nursefinders UK Ltd.


The acquisition of this UK based a nurse placement agency forms part of the
ongoing development of Medical Recruitment Specialists ( MRS ) CPL's healthcare
brand. Commenting on the purchase, Anne Heraty, Chief Executive of CPL Resources
plc said: 'This acquisition is an ideal fit with our overall strategy for growth
and diversification. It dovetails with our existing business in the Healthcare
sector and complements our current suite of specialist recruitment companies.
CPL Resources has now made our first international acquisition. We are excited

our nursing and healthcare professionals in Ireland and the UK. Nursefinders UK
Ltd will operate in London, placing some of the UK's best nurses and healthcare
professionals.
