CPL Resources plc, Ireland's leading employment services group announces the
acquisition of Kate Cowhig International Recruitment ltd.

Kate Cowhig International Recruitment is a leading healthcare direct placement
company which has been in operation since 1990. The company specialises in the
recruitment of registered nurses, midwives and allied health professionals, for
many of the largest teaching hospitals in Ireland and the UK. Located in Dublin
Kate Cowhig International Recruitment also has local agents in India,
Philippines, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

CPL wishes to expand and develop its international healthcare business. This
acquisition forms part of the ongoing development of CPL. Commenting on the
purchase, Anne Heraty, Chief Executive of CPL Resources plc said: 'This
acquisition is an ideal fit with our overall strategy to develop our healthcare
business. Kate Cowhig International Recruitment will complement our existing MRS
business in Ireland and the UK.'

She added that by extending the Healthcare business CPL is now even better

In response to the acquisition, Kate Cowhig for Kate Cowhig International
Recruitment, who will remain on as Managing Director, welcomed the acquisition
