CPL Resources plc, Ireland's leading employment services group, today (8 July,
2007) announced that they have acquired the assets of the Richmond Recruitment
Group.

The Richmond Recruitment Group was established in 1990 and now has offices in
Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Galway offering permanent and temporary recruitment
services to a broad range of clients. Richmond management team led by Graham
Burns will continue to oversee the further growth and development of the
business.

Anne Heraty, Chief Executive of CPL Resources plc said:

throughout Ireland. CPL has a very professional and robust infrastructure and
will apply our systems and processes to the Richmond Businesses. We will use our
established infrastructure to enable the local offices to offer a broad range of

CPL network will have a strategic benefit for the Group. This acquisition is an
ideal fit with our overall strategy for growth and diversification. It will
integrate well with our existing business in Dublin and through the regional
