The Company announces that on 14 August 2026 Simon Walther, Finance Director, exercised options over 27,776 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares"), granted to him under the Cohort Company Share Option Plan. On the same day Simon Walther sold 24,958 Shares at a price of 1,410 pence per Shares to meet the tax liabilities and exercise costs.

 

Also, on 14 August 2026 a bonus award of 312 Shares was made to Christopher Axcell, Chief Operating Officer and PDMR of the Company, based on a price of 1,352 pence per Share. 

 

As a result of the above transactions, the beneficial interests of each PDMR in the Shares of the Company are as follows:
