that on 27th May 2002 Dan Baverstam, a director of the Company, purchased 1,100 
shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 251 pence per share.

Dan Baverstam is now interested in 37,673 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in 
the capital of the Company.
