CLS Holdings plc Share Incentive Plan ("SIP")

The Company announces that it was notified on 7 August 2026 that Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, and Patrick Symons, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company, (the "Participants") acquired ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 7 August 2026 under the Partnership Shares element of the CLS Holdings plc Share Incentive Plan. The Participants were awarded one Matching Share for each Partnership Share purchased.

The Ordinary Shares were purchased at a price of 48.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
