The Company announces that today it purchased a total of 45,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 270p each.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.  Following the above purchase, the Company holds a total of 77,000 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has a total of 10,880,976 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury).
