Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH) announces that the Company was notified that on 18 December 2025 Caroline Stevens, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 1,547 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in an open market transaction at a price of 334.1p per Ordinary Share. Due to an administrative oversight, the transaction was not announced at the time.

Following the transaction Ms Stevens is beneficially interested in 2,366 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the total voting rights of the Company.
