Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") have been posted to shareholders. These documents are also available to view on the Company's website.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 19 February at 9.00 a.m. as a virtual meeting. Full details on how to join the Annual General Meeting, along with the business to be conducted, can be found in the Notice of AGM.
