Share Purchase by a Director

Central Asia Metals PLC (AIM: CAML) was notified on 8 June 2026 that, on the same day, Alison Baker, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 7,545 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of £1.325119 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market.

Following this acquisition, Alison Baker owns a total of 14,209 Shares representing 0.008% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding Shares held in treasury).
