AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('the Company') announces that it received
notification on 6 December 2007 that, following a transaction on 5 December
2007, Barclays Stockbrokers Limited hold 2,141,998 ordinary shares of the
Company representing a notifiable interest in approximately 7.76 per cent of the
Company's total issued share capital.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.
