Capital (LSE:CAPD), a leading mining services company, announces that Anu Dhir, Non-Executive Director, on 5 June 2026 purchased 51,400 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") at an average price of £1.15 per Share. After settlement of the transaction, Ms Dhir will hold a total of 51,400 Shares representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
