Options over 2,100,000 Ordinary Shares were granted under the Company’s Enterprise Management Incentive ("EMI") scheme (the "EMI Options"), and options over 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares were granted as unapproved options outside the scheme (the "Non-Scheme Options").

Following the grant of the Options, the Company now has a total of 14,675,000 share options in issue, which represents 11.3% of the current issued share capital, and will represent 10.93% of the enlarged issued share capital following the admission of the new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Subscription and the Additional Subscription (each as defined in the Company’s announcement made earlier today). The weighted average exercise price of the 14,675,000 options in issue is 37.73p.
