Publication of Convening Brochure for the Combined Shareholders' General Meeting
to be held on 29 May 2026

CANAL+ SA (LSE: CAN, the "Company"), the global media and entertainment company, announces that a brochure convening a Combined Shareholders' General Meeting of the Company (the "Convening Brochure") is being published today.
The Combined Shareholders' General Meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. (Paris time) on Friday 29 May 2026 at L'Olympia, 28 boulevard des Capucines, 75009 Paris, France and will also be broadcast live via the Company's website, https://www.canalplusgroup.com/en/general-meeting, enabling shareholders to listen to the meeting.
In accordance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1R and 6.4.3R and UK Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R, the following documents have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism today, in unedited full text, and are, or will shortly be, available for viewing at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Company's website at https://www.canalplusgroup.com/en/general-meeting:
· the Convening Brochure;
· the existing Articles of Association, with amendments redlined to show the changes being proposed in Resolution 11 of the Convening Brochure; and
· the Company's proposed new Articles of Association.
The preliminary notice of the Combined Shareholders' General Meeting (avis de réunion) and the convening notice of the Combined Shareholders' General Meeting (avis de convocation) were published in the French Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires (BALO) on 24 April 2026 and on 13 May 2026, respectively. All the documentation relating to the Combined Shareholders' Meeting is available on the Company's website at https://www.canalplusgroup.com/en/general-meeting.
