NOTIFICATION OF MANIFEST ERROR CORRECTION TO THE SPECIFIED DENOMINATION

We refer to the above issue of Notes, described in more detail in the Final Terms (the "Final Terms"), as signed by CIBC, as well as the Terms and Conditions of the Notes (the "Conditions"), which are supplemented by the Final Terms and which are set out in the Prospectus dated 26 January 2024 (the "Prospectus").

 

Correction of Manifest Error

The following changes are made to the Final Terms for a manifest error for the "Specified Denomination". It now has been replaced as follows:-

In all other respects, the Final Terms is correct and all other terms and conditions of the Final Terms remain unchanged. Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed thereto in the Final Terms.

The amended Final Terms have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
