Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 24 April 2025 it purchased 15,296 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at an average price of 3712.21 pence per share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
