Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 9 April 2025 it purchased 4,974 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at an average price of 3374.37 pence per share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
