Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 7 April 2025 it purchased 27,630 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at an average price of 3310.25 pence per share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
