Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 25 March 2025 it purchased 19,570 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at an average price of 3747.43 pence per share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
