Purchase of Shares by Chief Executive Officer

BWA Group (AQSE: BWAP), the mining investment company with permits in Cameroon and Canada, is pleased to announce that the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Peter Taylor, has increased his shareholding in the Company.

Mr Taylor has purchased a total of 494,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares"), comprising a purchase of 256,000 Ordinary Shares and a further purchase of 238,000 Ordinary Shares. Mr Taylor's holding is now 54,843,586 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 5.65% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
