Save As You Earn (SAYE) Share Option Scheme

The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that on 1 September 2026, Kelly Cleveland, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company, exercised an option to purchase 3,135 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company that were granted under the Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme on 21 June 2023. 

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
