The Company announces that the Non-Executive Directors listed below were allotted shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 828.9645 pence per share on 7 October 2015:

The allotments of shares to Lord Turnbull and William Jackson were pursuant to their instructions to receive shares as part satisfaction of their Non-Executive Directors' fees. The allotments of shares to Tim Score, Lynn Gladden and Laura Wade-Gery were pursuant to their instructions to receive shares as full satisfaction of their Non-Executive Director's fees.

The transactions referred to above took place in London and the Company was notified on 7 October 2015.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R.
