Cdn$250,000,000 5.23 PER CENT. SENIOR NOTES DUE 2054 (ISIN CA303901BS07) ISSUED BY FAIRFAX FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (together with the 2034 Notes, the "Notes")
Notice is hereby given that Brit Group Holdings Limited has become a co-obligor in respect of the Notes and, with effect from 17 June 2025, is jointly and severally liable with Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited to repay the principal of, and pay interest on, the Notes.
Brit Group Holdings Limited was incorporated on 7 August 2024 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fairfax UK Holdings Limited. Brit Group Holdings Limited is the holding company for the Brit insurance businesses.
