Change of Name

BRCK Group PLC (AIM: BRCK), a leading distributor and provider of specialist products and services to the UK construction industry, is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from Brickability Group PLC to BRCK Group plc.

As previously announced, the change of name reflects the Group's evolution and the breadth of its operations across the construction products and services supply chain. BRCK creates a single, scalable identity, building on the Group's legacy, which aligns with its long-term strategic direction.

The Company confirms that the change of name has been notified to the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new company name will take effect on AIM from 8.00 a.m. on 10 February 2026.

The Company's shares will continue to trade on AIM under its existing ticker symbol, BRCK, with no change to the Group's Legal Entity Identifier (LEI), ISIN or SEDOL.

Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.

Frank Hanna, Chief Executive Officer of BRCK, said: "This is an evolutionary change in the Group's name from Brickability to BRCK, which better represents the breadth of our activities across the Group and provides clarity to stakeholders by separating the Group name from the Brickability subsidiary's name. BRCK unites the Group under a single brand, while allowing each subsidiary to retain its established name, product focus and market reputation."
