Bow Street Group (AIM: BOW), the owner and operator of "Wildwood" and "dim t" restaurants, announces in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") that as at 31 May 2026, the Company has 2,261,272,417 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in issue.

There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 2,261,272,417.

The figure above may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's DTRs.
