Notification of Interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') and connected persons

Bloomsbury announces that grants have been made to the Directors and PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 1.25p each ('Shares').

On 5 June 2008 the Company made the following awards of Shares ('Awards') under the Bloomsbury Sharesave Scheme ('Sharesave'):
