Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 2014 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on Monday 16 June 2014 at 10:30a.m..

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, a copy of the Notice has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM 

The Company notes that included in the Notice of AGM, is a reference to Claire Whittet being a Director of the Company as at 15 May 2014. This reference is attributable to a clerical error and is incorrect. It is anticipated Claire Whittet will not be appointed to the Board until 16 June 2014.
