Notification of Preliminary Results and Annual General Meeting
Beximco Pharmaceuticals PLC. ("Beximco Pharma" or "the Company"; AIM Symbol: BXP, LEI No.:213800IMBBD6TIOQGB56), the fast-growing manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, today announces information for shareholders of the Company that the Board of Directors decided at their meeting held on 28 October 2026. To recommend the approval of the Financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026 |
The Audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026 have been approved. The full accounts are expected to be announced by 09 November 2026. |

Date, Time, Venue/Mode of 50th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2026 |
The convening of the 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, relating to the financial year 2025-26, is dependent upon the holding of the 49th AGM, relating to the financial year 2024-25. An application seeking condonation of the delay in holding the 49th AGM (Company Matter No. 1112 of 2026) is pending before the Hon'ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. The hearing has been concluded, and the Court's judgment is scheduled to be delivered on 1 November 2026. Accordingly, the date, time and other arrangements for the 49th and 50th AGMs will be communicated to the shareholders in due course, following the Court's judgment and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. |
