In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, Bellevue Healthcare Trust plc (the "Company") notifies the market of the following:

On 30 January 2026, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 315,152,309 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each, of that amount 241,374,835 Ordinary Shares were held in Treasury and 73,777,474 Ordinary Shares were in circulation.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 73,777,474 (the 'Figure').

The Figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

For the purposes of the Transparency Directive the Company's Home Member State is the United Kingdom.
