NOTICE OF AGM AND POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT

Dublin and London - May 22, 2018 Providence Resources P.l.c. (PVR LN, PRP ID), the Irish based Oil and Gas Exploration Company, last Friday May 18, 2018, sent its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2017 ("Annual Report") together with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice") to shareholders.  The Annual General Meeting is convened to be held at The Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin 4, D04 A318, Ireland on Thursday June 14, 2018 at 11.00am.
