Barratt Redrow plc, ISIN: GB0000811801 (the "Company", "Barratt Redrow") announces that on 04 December 2025 it purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each from Barclays Bank plc as part of its £100 million share repurchase programme announced on 15 July 2025 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased from Barclays Bank plc as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.
