Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

Cambridge, UK, 26 June 2026 - Bango (AIM: BGO), is pleased to announce that, effective immediately, Duncan Magrath has been appointed to the Bango Board as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee.

 

Duncan brings extensive expertise across all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, treasury, investor relations, governance, and risk management in both listed and private companies.

 

Duncan is the CFO of the FTSE 250 listed Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC, a position he has held since 2020. Before that, he was Group CFO at Brammer plc, where he oversaw the transition from public to private ownership and supported its transformation into Rubix through acquisitions and mergers. Previously, Duncan spent seven years as Group CFO at Balfour Beatty. Duncan began his career at Price Waterhouse, where he spent six years and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
